The RER train is the cheapest way to get from CDG to Disneyland Paris if you're travelling solo or as a couple. Here's how it works:

2. Board RER B southbound toward Paris (direction: Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse)
3. Transfer at Châtelet-Les Halles to RER A (direction: Marne-la-Vallée — Chessy)
4. Ride to the final stop: Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy — this is Disneyland Paris

Total journey: roughly 95–110 minutes including the connection wait. Tickets are priced per adult (check RATP for the current fare). Children under 4 travel free. The quickest rail link from CDG airport to Disneyland Paris is the TGV high-speed train. The Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV station sits in the middle of Terminal 2, between 2C/2E and 2D/2F; from Terminal 1 or 3, take the free CDGVAL shuttle train there first. Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy is usually the first stop, about 10–12 minutes later, and the station opens straight onto the park entrances.

The catch is the timetable: there are only a limited number of departures through the day, tickets are SNCF fares with a seat reservation (prices vary by train and how early you book), and a late flight can mean a long wait for the next train. Uber and Bolt operate from CDG and can reach Disneyland in around 45 minutes, similar to a taxi. The key difference is price unpredictability.
