Child Seat Policy — What We Provide Free
French law (Article R412-1 of the Highway Code) requires all children under 10 years old to use an approved child restraint system. Every seat we provide meets EU standard ECE R44/04 or R129. There is no exception and no extra charge.

How to Request Your Child Seats
Requesting the right seat is simple — you do not need to select a seat type from a drop-down or know the technical group number. Just follow these three steps:

Just give us the ages (or weights if you know them) of each child. We select the correct seats automatically.
We Arrive Ready
Your driver arrives with seats already installed and fitted. You load your bags and go.
Tips for Travelling to Disneyland Paris with Young Children
Book an early morning pickup
If your flight lands between 6am and 9am, book your transfer for 30–40 minutes after landing. We monitor your flight live and adjust if delayed.
Pack a small bag for the car
Keep snacks, wipes and a change of clothes accessible in a small bag — not in the boot. The journey to Disneyland Paris takes 40–90 minutes depending on your airport.
Do not rush through arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. Take your time collecting bags and getting through customs. There is no rush — we are waiting for you.
Book the return transfer too
After a long day at the parks, tired children and heavy bags make the return journey the hardest part. Lock in your return with us in the same booking.
Tell us about prams and buggies
If you are travelling with a large pram or travel system, let us know in advance so we can confirm boot space or arrange a vehicle with a larger boot.

Are child seats really free?
Yes, completely free. Infant seats, toddler seats and booster seats are all included at no extra charge on every booking where children are travelling.
What ages are covered?
We cover newborns (from birth) through to approximately 10 years old (up to 36 kg). If your child is over 10 but still small for their age, contact us and we will advise the safest option.
Do I need to bring my own child seat?
No. We supply everything. If you prefer to use your own seat, you are welcome to — just mention this at booking so we know to free up the space.
How many child seats can fit in one vehicle?
Up to 3 child seats in our standard saloon/estate vehicles. Larger families needing more seats should enquire about our minivan option.
