Our meet and greet service for Disneyland Paris means a driver waits for you inside the arrivals hall at CDG, Orly or Beauvais, holding a sign with your name. They track your flight, help with luggage, have your child seats fitted and drive you directly to your hotel. It is included in the fixed fare for the whole car, which the live booking tool shows before you confirm.
What meet and greet actually means
Plenty of transfer companies use the phrase loosely. Some mean a text message telling you to walk to a car park; others mean a kerbside pickup where you hunt for a number plate among dozens of cars. Our disney taxi paris meet and greet is the full version: the driver parks, walks into the terminal and stands in the public arrivals area, just past baggage reclaim and customs, holding a clear sign with the lead passenger's name. You walk out, see your name, and the rest of the journey is handled for you.
That matters most at the end of a long day of travel. Families arriving with a pushchair, two suitcases and tired children do not want to queue at a taxi rank, decode French signage or argue with a meter. With meet and greet, the first person you deal with in France is someone who already knows your name, your hotel and how many child seats you need.
Where your driver waits at each airport
Charles de Gaulle (CDG). CDG has three terminals and Terminal 2 is split into halls 2A to 2G. Your driver waits on the arrivals level of the exact terminal and hall your flight uses, which we take from your flight number. CDG is about 38 km from Disneyland Paris and the drive usually takes 35 to 45 minutes. For a step-by-step view of the meeting points, see where a private driver meets you at CDG.
Orly (ORY). Orly's terminals are numbered Orly 1 to 4. The driver waits in the arrivals area of yours with the name sign. Orly is about 50 km from the resort on the south side of Paris, so the transfer takes around 45 to 60 minutes. Details are on where a private driver meets you at Orly.
Beauvais (BVA). Beauvais has one small arrivals hall, so the meeting point is simple: the driver is waiting as you come through. Beauvais is about 115 km from Disneyland Paris, roughly 90 to 105 minutes by road, which is exactly why a waiting driver is so valuable after a late low-cost flight. Flight tracking: the part you never see
Meet and greet only works if the driver is there when you actually land, not when the timetable said you would. We track every flight by its number. If your plane is early, the driver is early; if it is held on the tarmac or delayed by hours, the pickup moves with it. You do not need to message us from the aircraft, and your fixed fare does not change because your flight did. Allow time for passport control and baggage reclaim — the driver will still be waiting when you come out.
Luggage, child seats and accessibility
Your driver helps load suitcases, pushchairs and car seats. Child seats — infant carriers, toddler seats and boosters — are free and fitted before you reach the car, so tell us the children's ages when you book. Vehicle size follows your group: a standard car for smaller parties and a van for up to eight passengers or a lot of luggage. If someone in your party needs extra help through the terminal, mention it at booking so the driver can plan the walk to the car.
How meet and greet compares with other ways to reach the parks
Public transport and shared coaches have their place, but none of them meet you. The RER from CDG involves changing trains in central Paris, the Magical Shuttle coach runs to a timetable from a fixed stop, and ride-hailing apps send you outside to find a car in a busy pickup zone. A private transfer with meet and greet is the only option where someone is waiting for you specifically, inside the terminal, whatever time you land. Compare the options in detail on taxi vs RER from CDG and taxi vs Magical Shuttle.
What it costs
Meet and greet is not a separate line on the bill. It is included in the fixed fare for the whole vehicle, which depends on your route, passenger count, vehicle and pickup time. The live booking tool shows that fare before you confirm. A night supplement applies to pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 and appears in the same total, and paying the driver by card adds a small card-payment charge. There is no meter, no surge and no charge for waiting on a tracked flight. Book at book now to see your exact price.
Going home: meet and greet in reverse
For your return, the driver collects you from your Disney hotel lobby or the hotel entrance at the time you choose, loads the luggage and drops you at your departure terminal. Many families book both legs together so the whole trip is settled before they leave home. The same fixed-fare rules apply on the way back.
