CDG: the shortest hop
Charles de Gaulle is around 38 km from Disneyland by road, taking roughly 35 to 45 minutes via the A104 (the Francilienne) and A4. Beauvais sits about 115 km by road north of Disneyland and is the longest transfer at 90–105 minutes. Going home: how far is Disneyland Paris from the airport for your departure?
The distances are the same on the way back, but the timing pressure is different because you have a flight to catch. As a rule of thumb, leave your Disney hotel about three and a half hours before a European flight from CDG (roughly 40 minutes on the road plus a two-hour check-in and security buffer, with margin for traffic), and four hours or more for long-haul. From Orly allow a little longer for the cross-town drive, and for Beauvais leave at least four hours before departure.
