From Brussels the high-speed train (formerly Thalys, now Eurostar) reaches Paris Gare du Nord in about 1h25; a fixed €90 private taxi for 1–3 then covers the last 50 minutes to Disneyland Paris, with free child seats and no meter.
Thalys is now Eurostar — the Brussels route is the same
If you booked "Thalys" and are now seeing Eurostar, nothing has gone wrong. The two operators merged under the Eurostar name in late 2023. The Brussels-Midi to Paris high-speed service runs on the same line, at the same speeds, arriving at the same place: Paris Gare du Nord. The only thing that changed is the branding on the ticket. From Gare du Nord you still need a final leg to Disneyland Paris, and that is where we come in.
The rail leg itself is quick — roughly 1 hour 25 minutes from Brussels. The friction is the last 40 kilometres across and out of Paris, which is why a fixed-price private car makes the biggest difference to a Brussels family trip.
The fixed €90 leg from Gare du Nord
Because Gare du Nord is in central Paris, the transfer to the park is our standard city fare: a flat €90 for one to three passengers, direct to your Disney hotel in about 50 minutes. It is the same basis as our Paris Disney transfer and Disneyland Paris transfer, agreed before you travel and unaffected by traffic or a late train. Your driver meets you with a name board at the Gare du Nord arrivals area.
Why not just take the RER?
You can reach the park from Gare du Nord on public transport — RER B to Châtelet–Les Halles, change to the RER A eastbound to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy — but that is a change, a zoned ticket and 70–90 minutes of standing with luggage after an international train. For two or more people, a single fixed €90 car is usually faster, calmer and comparable on cost.
