Step 1 — Book ahead and give the right details

Book online, by phone on +33 6 98 63 64 04, or by WhatsApp. To get an accurate fixed quote and a smooth pickup, give us five things: your pickup point (airport terminal, Paris address, or station), your destination (the exact Disney or partner hotel, or the park entrance), the date and time, the number of passengers, and your flight number if you are arriving by air. If you have children, tell us their ages so the right infant, toddler, or booster seats are fitted before the car arrives. Booking 24-48 hours ahead is best, especially in summer and school holidays.

Step 2 — Get your confirmation

After booking you receive a written confirmation with the fixed price, the pickup time, and a contact number for your driver. Keep this on your phone — it is what you show or refer to on the day.
