Flight Monitoring Across Multiple Arrivals
When your group arrives on 3 different flights, we track all 3 simultaneously. Each driver is briefed on their specific passengers and flight. Delays trigger automatic adjustments — no calls needed from you.
Vehicle Coordination & Convoy Management
Multiple vehicles are dispatched and coordinated centrally. Whether your group departs simultaneously or in waves across a check-in window, we schedule accordingly.
Name Board Meet & Greet
Every driver meets their passengers in the arrivals hall with a personalised name board. For large groups, a lead coordinator can be present to direct passengers to their assigned vehicles.
Return Transfer Scheduling
We coordinate return transfers around your event finish time and individual flight departures. Passengers with early flights are collected first; all departures are logged and managed.
Consolidated VAT Invoicing

How to Book a Corporate Transfer

Can you coordinate multiple vehicles?
Yes. We regularly manage fleets of 2 to 10+ vehicles for corporate groups. All vehicles are tracked centrally and a single contact manages all logistics on the day.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. A full French VAT invoice is issued for every booking. For multi-vehicle corporate events, a single consolidated invoice can be provided covering all vehicles and journeys.
How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?
For groups of 10 or more, we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance. For larger events requiring 5+ vehicles, 4–6 weeks is advisable to guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings are accommodated when possible — contact us directly.
What is the maximum group size?
There is no fixed maximum. We have managed corporate transfers for groups of 120+ across multiple vehicles. Each vehicle carries 7–9 passengers; we scale the fleet to your group size.
