Why is the fixed fare cheaper than a metered taxi or Uber surge?
A meter keeps running in traffic and an Uber price multiplies during peak demand, late nights and bad weather. Our fare is agreed before you travel and does not move, so traffic does not change the base fare, while a midnight pickup adds the disclosed €20 night charge. There is no surge, a €20 night charge for pickups from 22:00 to before 06:00 and no tolls added on top.
