Groups travelling from more than one address sometimes need a second pickup. Mixed parties staying in different hotels may want more than one drop-off. And occasionally guests ask to collect a pre-ordered item or visit a pharmacy en route. All of these are workable on a private transfer when arranged ahead of time.

How extra stops affect the price

A short stop that is roughly on the route — a ten-minute supermarket dash, say — is usually absorbed within the fixed fare, with no change to what you pay. Where a stop involves a meaningful detour off the direct line, or a longer wait, there may be a small additional charge to reflect the extra time and distance. We always agree any such cost with you in advance, in keeping with our fixed-price, no-meter approach. There are no surprise additions at the end of the journey.

Adding an extra pickup or drop-off

If you need to collect another passenger on the way, we can usually arrange it as long as the address is broadly on the route and there is room in the vehicle. The same applies to multiple hotel drop-offs at the resort — handy when a group is split across several properties. Just share the addresses and passenger numbers when booking so we send the right size of vehicle: a saloon seats up to three, a minivan seven to eight.
