Yes, Uber operates around Disneyland Paris, but prices surge at peak times and there are no child seats. A pre-booked fixed transfer is €70 for 1–3 from CDG, about 45 minutes, with a driver meeting you in arrivals and free child seats — a price you know before you ride.
Uber is available — with caveats
Uber does cover the Paris region, including the Disneyland resort at Marne-la-Vallée and both main airports. In central Paris cars are plentiful. Around the resort and at the airports late at night, supply thins out, and that is when the two classic Uber problems bite: longer waits and higher fares.
Because Uber uses dynamic pricing, a CDG–Disneyland ride has no set cost. A busy arrival bank, an evening surge, or a big event at the resort can push the fare well above what you expected. A private transfer removes that risk — the fare is fixed when you book your Disneyland Paris taxi, whatever the traffic or demand.
The airport pickup problem
At CDG and Orly, ride-hail apps can only collect from designated zones, sometimes a walk from your terminal, and you still wait for a driver to accept. After a long-haul flight with luggage and kids, that is a lot of friction. A booked transfer gives you meet-and-greet: a named driver waiting in arrivals with a board, ready to carry your bags. No child seats, either
Standard Ubers do not carry child seats, and French law requires them for children under ten. Every one of our transfers includes free infant, toddler and booster seats fitted before you arrive — a decisive factor for families. When each option makes sense
Travelling solo, off-peak, city-centre to city-centre? Uber can be convenient and occasionally cheaper. Arriving from the airport, travelling as a family or group, or wanting a guaranteed price and pickup? A fixed-fare transfer wins on certainty every time. If that is you, reserve your transfer and forget about surge.
